- Answering phones, making, changing and confirming appointments by phones, email and in-person.
- Coordinating hygiene and treatment appointments.
- Greeting patients, checking-in and checking-out.
- Getting insurance breakdowns, submit insurance claims and pre-determinations, collecting payments and sending payment reminders.
- Entering patient information in the dental software (Cleardent).
- Opening and closing clinic and help in other administrative duties as assigned.
- Helping with setting up Treatment rooms and and assisting with steri work flow.
