    Description

    Seeking for a
    Dental Administrator who will have excellent work ethics, trustworthy and communication skills, could multi-task in a very busy environment, answer multiple phone lines.

    We are looking someone who have dynamic personality and love interacting with people, capable of making connections with patients and ensuring they are comfortable.

    Familiarity with Cleardent is a must.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Answering phones, making, changing and confirming appointments by phones, email and in-person.
    • Coordinating hygiene and treatment appointments.
    • Greeting patients, checking-in and checking-out.
    • Getting insurance breakdowns, submit insurance claims and pre-determinations, collecting payments and sending payment reminders.
    • Entering patient information in the dental software (Cleardent).
    • Opening and closing clinic and help in other administrative duties as assigned.
    • Helping with setting up Treatment rooms and and assisting with steri work flow.
    Adequate training will be provided to candidates with learning aptitude.

    Weekend and late evening availability required.


    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


    Pay:
    $25,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
