- Actively participate in discussions and provide support for the design and developments of systems for SLG mobile games ( simulation & strategy Game).
- Take a senior/leading role in building the framework, designing gameplay experiences, system solutions, overseeing production, testing, adjustments, optimizations, and creating related documentation.
- Design and develop fundamental game features and unique gameplay elements.
- Other tasks assigned by the team.
- Extensive experience in game development, with at least 3 years of experience in mobile game development, and a track record of successfully developing and launching mobile games, including in development of SLG ( simulation & strategy ) mobile game projects (COK/ROK-like).
- Demonstrate a deep understanding and familiarity with mainstream SLG strategy games, and stay updated on trends in the mainstream mobile game market.
- Exhibit strong analytical, communication and creative skills.
- Excellent teamwork and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Capable of independently designing, tracking, and accepting large-scale feature functionality, with a strong sense of responsibility for feature quality.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada without any sponsorship from the employer.
