    Are you passionate about litigation and want to participate in the future of legal services, while being in control of your schedule? Neolegal is looking for candidates wishing to provide services on a contractual basis, and having experience in corporate law, throughout the province of Quebec, since the execution of mandates are done remotely.

    If you wish to practice part-time or full-time for your own study, in a technological and non-traditional environment, and you have the ambition to develop the legal profession, this opportunity is for you.

    Job description

    As Legal Advisor - Contractual Mandates at Neolegal, you will be in charge of the following functions in corporate law:

    • Provide advice and legal support in business law to Neolegal's various clients;
    • Support Neolegal clients through the different legal stages of business creation, while ensuring that legal information is popularized;
    • Proceed with the registration of businesses and the constitution of joint stock companies;
    • Draft corporate documents relating to the reorganization of joint stock companies;
    • Analyze company books and draft any document resulting from updating a company book;
    • Draft, review and annotate legal documents such as various commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and other corporate documents;
    • Carry out research mandates and legal opinions.
