- Provide legal advice and support to Neolegal's various clients in the Personal Services and Business Services (SME) business units and support them in their business projects;
- Proceed with business registrations, incorporations, transactions, etc.
- Write, examine and annotate legal documents such as formal notices, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and various corporate documents;
- Support Neolegal clients through the different legal stages of business creation, while ensuring that legal information is popularized;
- Carry out research mandates and legal opinions;
- Provide legal support to business clients, including debt recovery, shareholder disputes, etc.;
- Conduct negotiation mandates;
- Follow up on files and corporate clients;
- Perform any related task;
- Be very comfortable with using technology
- Member of the Quebec Bar for 2 to 4 years
- Have good listening skills and demonstrate empathy
- Because we serve an English-speaking clientele: bilingual orally and in writing (an asset)
- Ability to explain legal concepts simply
