    Job description

    To accommodate our continued growth and success, Nour Private Wealth (NPW) is seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Digital Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our digital presence, including graphic design, website development, maintenance, and content strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Designing visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, and email campaigns
    • Developing and maintaining company websites to ensure functionality, usability, and overall user experience
    • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives
    • Creating engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms, including website pages, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media
    • Monitoring and analyzing website traffic and engagement metrics to optimize performance and user experience
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media to continually improve our digital presence

    Required Education, Skills, and Qualification

    • Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web development, marketing, communications, or related field.
    • Strong knowledge of website development languages and platforms, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, etc.
    • Experience with website maintenance and troubleshooting, including updates, backups, and security protocols.
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling grammatically correct, and industry-relevant content.
    • A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in French is an asset.

    Salary

    Salary based on experience and commensurate with the marketplace.
