    Recent experience in teaching full time in a school or working in administration for a School Board.
    Two years experience of implementing the Ontario Curriculum in Special Education.
    Confirmation of qualification update in Special Education.
    Capability of applying the Ethical Standards and the Standards of Practice of the Teaching Profession.

    The University may consider experience or qualifications equivalent to those set out above.

    PDP1410 Primary Division

    Study of theory and practice related to teaching and learning in the primary division; examination of the design, implementation, and assessment of programs; analysis of current Ontario curriculum, policies and guidelines.

    An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
