    As a Manager, Total Rewards at KCB, you will have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and use your expertise to add value on and support our global business operations on compensation, group insurance, benefits, and retirement programs.

    supporting our Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP) and business unit leaders in Total Rewards.
    Oversees and manages global benefit programs .

    We respect the knowledge and experince you have gained to date and are willing to help you build on it.

    Minimum of 7+ years of experience working with compensation programs (base salary and short term incentives), ideally in a global setting.

    Experience working with a human resource information system (HRIS) and specifically Dayforce an asset.
    Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
    What will help you succeed:
    Proven ability to excel in a matrixed work environment and manage multiple competing priorities.

    A combination of experience in the following areas: employee relations, performance management, learning and development, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, total rewards and business consulting.
