    What You Will Do:

    Reporting to the Director, Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, VCO, the Specialist, VCO will:
    • Analyze, track and evaluate multiple projects with complex interdependencies to generate incremental enterprise value.
    • Frame and define new business opportunities that will grow the Liquids Pipeline business.
    • Collaborate with our Commercial Portfolio Optimization team to create economic models and scenarios that convey the value and potential risks of new opportunities.
    • Communicate opportunities in writing and verbally to leaders within the VCO team and perform presentations in front of internal stake holders as required.
    • Support the steps required to obtain company approvals
    • Ensure successful execution of initiatives as required
    Who You Are:
    • University degree in Engineering, Business (Bachelors or MBA), Science, Economics or a degree in a similar field.
    • 10+ years of relevant experience
    • Understanding of the pipeline industry and its operations across North America
    • Understanding of pipeline toll structures
    • Knowledge of the FERC and CER regulatory systems
    • Experience with financial analysis related to project economics and investment decisions
    • Ability to frame and develop business opportunities
    • Ability to communicate operational and financial matters concisely
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to create a clear narrative
    • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
