    Description
    Responsibilities : Analyze existing engineering processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources. Lead and facilitate value stream mapping (VSM) exercises to visualize and streamline our production processes, from raw material procurement to product delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, supply chain, and logistics to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, utilizing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. Conduct time and motion studies, capacity analysis, and performance metrics tracking to identify opportunities for enhancing productivity and throughput. Design and implement standardized work procedures, work instructions, and best practices to ensure consistent quality and efficiency across all operations. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams on process optimization, equipment utilization, and workflow efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in industrial engineering to incorporate innovative solutions into our operations. Generate reports, presentations, and recommendations for management review based on data analysis and performance evaluations. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to evaluate new technologies, equipment, and processes for potential integration into our manufacturing operations.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 5-6 years of experience required. Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on process improvement and engineering excellence. Strong knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) principles and methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work effectively and lead in a cross-functional team environment. Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving change. Familiarity with DevOps / Agile Methodology.
