    Our team includes a passionate group of strategists, business analysts, product owners, and program managers. We work closely with partners across the organization to prioritize, design, build, and deliver meaningful system enhancements that drive value for the organization.

    Join our team

    We are looking for a passionate team member to join our B2B Digital Transformation Team as Manager, PMO responsible for our testing strategy and execution and leveraging best practices within TELUS. We are coming through a period of growth and now need to invest in our team to streamline our operating model and establish new working norms.

    As the Manager, PMO you will play a key role to reimagine our testing strategy, ensuring it keeps pace with the increased functionality of our platform and the increased expectations of our growing user base. You will use a mix of traditional business validation techniques and incorporate new technology that can help automate repetitive tasks. This will be integral in our transition to a more agile delivery approach.

    The successful candidate will be expected to partner with peers and stakeholders to ensure our testing covers the critical scenarios to balance the speed of progress with user experience and stability. You will set the vision and structure that allows the team to execute with confidence.

  • Prepare and deliver a plan to evolve our testing practice, learning from peer applications and using technology to reduce our test cycles while managing risk
  • Partner with the team to execute on the plan, measuring the impact so we can share the success with our partners and our leaders
  • Create an inclusive work environment where our team is comfortable sharing challenges and failures so we can learn from each other to grow and improve
