    Billyard Insurance Group – Mississauga East is hiring a Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at the Mississauga East location.

    We are seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative who is dynamic, value-oriented, and has outstanding leadership capabilities. Support the sales and customer service team while providing a superior level of service
    Administer, support and complete policy changes within our company partner's portals and websites
    Review policies and recommend coverages based on individual consumer needs
    If you enjoy occasionally selling policies, we do not remove this function but encourage you to do so
    Must be RIBO-licensed
    ~2+ years of Insurance Account Management experience required
    ~ Technology-oriented – Experienced with Microsoft Office, Powerbroker, Applied and Market Portals
    ~ Comprehensive benefits including medical, and advanced dental benefits after three-month probation period
    Convenient office location close to all major highways, access to free parking and etc
    Flexible work models - remote, hybrid, in office (remote model depends on completion of training)
