- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to ensure all guests feel welcomed and have a safe, enjoyable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of weight and cardiovascular areas through regular inspections and adherence to facility guidelines
- Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure proper guest registration upon entry
- Keep the Health Club facility clean and organized
- Assist guests with massage service bookings and payments
- Provide information on Health Club membership options and facilitate contract and payment transactions
- Other duties as assigned
- Frequent walking and standing throughout shift
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
- Frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

- Previous experience in a Health Club preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
