    Join a Dynamic Team at Rogers Sports & Media

    Rogers Sports & Media is seeking an Activation Specialist/Campaign Coordinator to cover a Maternity Leave. This role involves developing and executing integrated campaigns across Music and News Radio Stations, Podcasting & Digital. You will be part of a team based in Calgary or Edmonton that collaborates with cross functional teams to create and execute contests, sponsorships, branded content, and integration campaigns that engage our audience and clients.

    As an Activation Specialist, you will report to the Branded Content & Integrations Lead, bringing your curiosity, creativity, attention to detail, and passion for innovative ideas. Your role will focus on coordinating campaigns, working collaboratively with various teams, developing promotional ideas, supporting Content Directors with activations, maintaining project calendars, and more. You will need to have strong organizational skills, a solutions mindset, interpersonal skills, and a growing understanding of media consumption trends.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate campaigns as directed
    • Collaborate with various teams for campaign execution
    • Develop and execute promotional ideas
    • Support Content Directors with activations
    • Maintain project and tracking calendars
    • Create proposals for clients
    • Lead station events and on-site activities

    • Experience in content and contest creation a plus
    • Strong computer skills in various programs
    • Flexible work hours and a valid Class 5 driver's licence
