Base salary CAD $38,500 - $46,000* Plus Bonus, Equity & Benefits * Pay transparency Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on our job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, it does not reflect the maximum salary for the role over time. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills and experience demonstrated during the interview process. What you will be doing: The 360insights Co-op/MDF Specialist offers multiple levels of support to the Co-op/MDF line of business. Utilizing 360 Platforms, phone, and email tools, the Co-op/MDF Promotions team manages thousands of claims and interactions which must be delivered at the highest level of quality and customer service.

The Co-op/MDF Specialist handles the processing of Co-op/MDF claims and pre-approvals, along with providing customer service (calls and emails).
Be an expert on Co-op Advertising Policies, Procedures, and Programs
Apply policies and procedures in a detailed, accurate, and consistent manner
Scan and upload Pre-Approval and claim documentation, when necessary
Enter claims into one of 360's Platforms
Review and process Pre-Approvals
Review and process co-op advertising claims
Calculate claim values using client and compliant procedures
Be proactive in problem solving
Review different types of advertising for compliancy
Handle oral and written communication in a professional and timely manner, when necessary
Maintain and exceed individual KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), including high standards of quality.
Participate positively in the 360 Culture and philosophy

What you'll bring to this role:

Experience working in a claims management role or similar
High quality business communication skills - written and verbal
Detailed oriented
Ability to apply logic to grey areas
Working knowledge of percentages
Bilingual (French or Spanish) is an asset.
