    We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and strategic communications leader to help enhance Rogers' presence across Canada. Reporting to the Chief Brand and Communications Officer, the Senior Director of Communications will collaborate with internal teams to drive business and brand goals.

    Key Relationships:

    • Line of business: Business, Bank, Residential, Wireless
    • Functions: Technology and HR teams
    • Marketing teams
    • Internal brand and creative team

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a communication strategy to promote the company's products, services, and technology roadmap
    • Collaborate with leaders across Rogers' business units to generate announcements that enhance media coverage and support business goals
    • Work closely with HR leaders to deliver impactful internal communications
    • Create compelling communication materials to showcase the Rogers brand
    • Provide support in media relations and offer guidance on media strategies and crisis management
    • Offer strategic communication advice to executives and assist in developing their communication platforms, including messaging and media interactions
    • Establish trustworthy and collaborative relationships with key partners and colleagues

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or Business
    • More than 20 years of experience leading communications for well-known brands
    • Extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry
