Responsibilities

Ensure that the laundry is cleaned

  • Wash, fold, and pack laundry properly so that it can be processed in time for the next day's shift
  • Ensure that there are no open machines during business hours
  • Ensure that there are no leaking dryers
  • Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and stocked with towels, linens, etc. as needed for next day shift
  • Report any maintenance issues to management
  • Maintain contact with management as to any maintenance issues that need attention
  • Follow all Health & Safety regulations

Work Experience

  • Previous customer service experience in hotels preferred
