Description
Working in a LASIK MD clinic (a partner of Vision Group) is to help improve people's eyesight. The wage range for this role is $57,639 - $72,049 per year.You hold a permanent full-time position.
You work with experts in Ophthalmology & you can count yourself as a team member of one of Canada's Best Managed Companies.
You think outside of the box to establish concrete actions in order to meet short and long-term goals.You foster a strong engagement culture through effective employee management.
You have an ease with understanding and managing budgets.
You know how to measure and improve performance indicators (KPIs).
A clear view of your assets
You have excellent communication skills in English.
You have a background in business development, project management, and sales.
Your university education in management or business administration (or a related field) is considered an asset.
You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Schedule :
You have flexible work availability from Monday to Friday ( early mornings & late evenings on surgery days) , and occasional Saturdays as needed (to support the team).
Required:
You are comfortable traveling to the head office or other clinics for training ( expenses covered by Vision Group ).
