Essential Job Functions

Conduct daily meetings with Team Lead and Team Members to assign tasks and workplans
Oversee shipping, receiving, store distribution, and ecommerce operations, adjusting assigned tasks as needed
Oversee and manage the staging of product, ensuring space is maximized and adjusting locations as needed
Ensure order fulfillment timelines match Parian's Service Level Agreement timelines
Ensure inbound product and store transfers are received into the inventory system
Ensure replenishment levels are maintained
Ensure workstations are supplied with the necessary tools and resources needed to complete tasks
Provide productivity reports to senior management regularly
Manage the scheduling of hourly team members, including vacation, and adjust based on business needs
Manage the scheduling of temporary labour during peak times
Assign and oversee training activities of new team members
Oversee teammember records before submitting to HR and payroll
Provide coaching to direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide regular feedback to direct reports.
Promote a safety conscious work environment and ensure propre use of PPE is maintained
Promote an inclusive, diverse, and respectful environment, free from harassment
Identifying areas for workflow improvement and maximize productivity and performance

What do you need to succeed?

Two or more years of leadership experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to address concerns with a sense of urgency
Resourceful, constconscious, and able to recommend solutions to challenges
Ability to lead by example and perform the ecommerce tasks according to Parian's guidelines
Availability to comply with Parian's blackout vacation policy. Blackout times include Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other highvolume shopping times
Availability to work occasional weekend or evening shifts during highvolume shopping times
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
