MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Partner with the ecommerce and buying teams to ensure product is placed on the site to maximize sales opportunities, seasonal priorities, and trends. Understanding the relationship between STS and Transformer platform tool of products & fits.
  • Manage all web product content.
  • Ensure current pricing and promotions, campaigns, coupons are always maintained online.
  • Participate in the development and document all standards, protocols and processes related to divisional responsibilities for ecommerce product.
  • Lead & participate in activities/programs to drive traffic and sales as required (For example: SEO, paid search marketing, Instore initiatives, affiliate programs, links programs, etc.
  • Participate in development of online marketing components to drive traffic and sales as required.
  • Search engine optimization including key word rating and sponsored link program through Google or other appropriate search engines. Involved in other programs when introduced.
  • Work with customer service to ensure that Ecommerce/website related customer service issues have been addressed at/above brand standard service levels.
  • Work collaboratively with the DC manager to ensure that all Ecommerce receipts are received on time, shipments are timely, and inventory issues and opportunities are addressed.
  • Make recommendations on software, technology, and business process improvements using business case analysis.
  • Work with buying, marketing, IT and customer service in ongoing analysis and recommendations re: online eCommerce needs.
  • Develop and implement Ecommerce communication with stores.
  • Regular competitive analysis/research on other Ecommerce site and platforms, and on demand creation strategies.
  • Utilizes technology to offer continuous improvement and efficiencies in order to maximize departmental productivity. Keep up to date with new software and upgrades.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE:


  • Postsecondary education in Business or Communications or an equivalent combination of retail experience & education.
  • An understanding of the online/ecommerce experience
  • Demandware platform and Salesforce a plus.
  • An understanding of the online/ecommerce experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, and Word (required).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with competing priorities.
  • A selfstarter that works well independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work with deadlines.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to demands as they arise; think strategically.
  • Background in fashion or retail a plus.
