WE ARE LOOKING FOR PART-TIME/ONSITE EMPLOYEES TO JOIN OUR MEMBER SERVICES TEAM. THIS POSITION IS BASED IN NIAGARA REGION, ONTARIO.


(PART-TIME: 10-20 HOURS PER WEEK)

MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE OVERVIEW:

Do you have passion, optimism, and a joy for delivering service excellence to the Niagara Region community? Do you have a strong customer service background and enjoy interacting and building customer relationships?

CAA Niagara is looking for Part-Time/Onsite Member Services Representatives (MSR) to join our team.

Reporting to the Member Services department, the MSR is a brand ambassador, through and through.

They are the first point of contact in our branch locations and is an expert to our products and services.

The MSR excels at building relationships with our members and ensuring they receive the best in customer service.


We're looking for a positive, welcoming individuals who are energetic and motivated by working in a team environment and building relationships.

The MSR is responsible for providing information and selling many of our products and services including but not limited to Roadside Assistance Memberships, Out of Province Medical Insurance, hotel bookings and car rentals, maps and tour books, and attraction tickets.

REQUIREMENTS:

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:

  • Must have or be able to obtain TICO certification within the first three months
  • Experience: Previous Customer Service experience preferred
  • Skills: You must have strong computer literacy, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and adaptability to change.
  • Characteristics: You are selfmotivated and have a passion for continuous learning. You have a strong membercentric approach to customer service
  • Hours & Location: as a Member Services Representative, you must be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings and weekends on rotation.
You must have the ability to work at any one of our four locations:
Grimsby, St. Catharines, Welland, and Niagara Falls


RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a CAA Niagara Member Services Representative, your responsibilities and duties will be, including but not limited to:

  • Being an AMBASSADOR for CAA Niagara with a member first approach, always looking for opportunities to provide exceptional customer service
  • Greeting members upon arrival to our branches or via telephone, asking probing questions to provide requests and inquiries
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with our members
  • Respond to travel and insurance inquiries, setting up appointments with the necessary departments
  • Complete basic Travel Medical questionnaires, abiding to all TICO compliance
  • Providing information to visitors or callers on membership services, including but not limited to joining and renewing memberships, savings partners, insurance products, auto touring, hotels, group tours and travel
