    Cadel, Canada's leading distributor of parts and accessories for diesel engine and heavy equipment markets is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Mississauga, Ontario office.


    Our customer service team take pride in providing excellent service and they have strong knowledge of various parts and equipment.

    They offer advice, support, are friendly, resourceful, and have excellent product knowledge

    Efficiently process part orders and respond to general inquiries from customers over the phone and online.
    2+ years of experience in a customer service role, or similar
    ~ Ability to communicate in both English and French, written and spoken, is considered an asset as you will be speaking to clients across Canada
    ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate-level knowledge)
    ~ Strong sense of organization and excellent customer service skills
