- Provide level 2 support for D365/AX2012 ERP platform to our existing customer base
- Analyze and suggest solutions to clients following best practices
- Understand and estimate efforts for client's change requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues on various modules
- Create functional design documents, scripts, and tests to ensure client expectations are met
- Collaborate with internal and external tech teams for code changes, upgrades, and promotions
- Manage case requests with Microsoft's product/engineering group
- Maintain strong customer relationships within and across teams
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a functional or support consultant for D365/AX ERP software
- Understanding of finance and operations processes
- Experience in integrating with online sales portals
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting abilities
- Capable of managing pressure and priorities effectively
- Knowledge of data management, integration best practices, and payment integrations
- Proactive with the ability to research and handle cases outside primary expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
