Professional Services Manager

Reputable Managed Service Provider on behalf of a Leading Managed IT Services Provider

Hollingsgate Recruitment is in search of a Professional Services Manager for a well-established client in the Managed IT Services sector.

This role offers the chance to lead a vital business unit, ensure exceptional service delivery, and cultivate strong client relationships.

Drive the Professional Services team to surpass billable hour goals, optimize resource use, and boost revenue while ensuring accountability.

Rapidly pinpoint and eliminate hindrances to productivity, facilitating swift and effective completion of IT projects.
Govern the project lifecycle, aligning with both client expectations and contractual obligations.

Serve as the central liaison among VCIOs, the Design Desk, and various stakeholders to meet both project and corporate aims.

Manage financial aspects of the division, crafting strategies for growth and efficiency while overseeing fiscal accountability.
Additional Skills/Qualities
Expert in project management, leading complex IT initiatives with precise direction and support.
Strong communicator, proficient in client engagement and technical explanations.
Strategic insight into the professional services role, driving team performance and meeting business goals.
Extensive management background in Managed IT Services, with a track record of leading technical teams.
Deep understanding of billable services management and financial principles impacting business results.

Solid technical foundation in the Managed IT realm, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Educational background in IT, Business, or related fields; Skilled in project management methodologies and tools, proven through successful IT project completions.

Adaptable to technological advancements and industry shifts.
Engaging team-building and company-wide events.
Dedicated training programs tailored to career and skill advancement.
