Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Painter to join our team.

As an Automotive Painter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' vehicles receive a flawless and aesthetically pleasing paint finish.

You will work closely with our technicians and other team members to deliver the high standards of craftsmanship that our customers expect.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces of vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
Mix paint to achieve the desired color and texture, ensuring a seamless match with the original finish.
Follow quality control procedures to inspect finished work and make any necessary touchups or corrections.
Maintain a clean and organized painting booth and equipment.
Stay updated on industry trends and new painting techniques.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Automotive Painter in a reputable auto body shop.
Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment, including spray guns and drying lamps.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for color accuracy and consistency.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment without compromising on quality.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive painting is a plus.
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects.
Valid G license

Salary:
$20.00-$45.00 per hour
