Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Body Technician, often referred to as a "Body Man," to join our team.

As a Body Technician, you will play a vital role in restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, aesthetics, and functionality.

Responsibilities:

Assess vehicle damage and create a repair plan in collaboration with the team.
Perform body repair work, including dent removal, panel replacement, and framework realignment.
Weld and use various tools and equipment to shape, straighten, and align vehicle components.
Collaborate with other team members, such as painters and estimators, to ensure accurate and timely project completion.
Keep uptodate with industry advancements and repair techniques.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Maintain accurate documentation of repairs performed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Automotive Body Technician or "Body Man."
Proficiency in various repair techniques, including welding, dent repair, and panel replacement.
Familiarity with using body repair tools, such as hammers, sanders, and welders.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and schematics.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to different repair challenges.
Effective communication skills to collaborate within a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Adherence to safety guidelines and practices.
