Manufacturing Technician at our
Winnipeg,
Manitoba location.


Responsibilities:


  • Assists in operation of CNC Manufacturing equipment as required
  • Assembles vehicle components for the production team
  • Helps preassemble vehicle conversions
  • Assists in operation of table laser and CNC Press brake
  • Operate press brake as required
  • Maintains equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements
  • Determine if tools are undamaged and in safe condition for use
  • Maintains continuity by documenting and communicating actions
  • Works in conjunction with Supply Chain Manager to take inventory, determine quantities
of raw materials required, and anticipate stock needs

  • Work in a fastpaced environment with priorities that change quickly
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Follow all company rules and policies
  • Follow all safety rules and quality standards
  • Provide great level of attention to details and focus on the given task
  • Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Dry fit parts to determine fit and recommend adjustments
  • Maintain required productivity levels (efficiency & utilization)
  • Produce required quality of work
  • Contribute to continuous improvement daily

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong English Communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Automotive experience an asset
  • Manufacturing experience an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
