Description

ICON is seeking a talented Animator to join our team. In development, you're up on trends and techniques and how to differentiate them. As an Animator, you have a vision and are able to work well with our ICON Media content department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Optimization of Pre-Existing assets, including video and static files
Working from templates to build 2D animations.
Assist with developing spec sheets for client usage.
Help to support Motion Graphics Team with overflow.
Organization and asset collection

QUALIFICATIONS

23 years experience in Motion Graphic Design
Degree or diploma in either motion design, animation, video production and/or multimedia
Highly Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite [Specifically After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere]
Ability to understand and incorporate expressions/scripts in After Effects
Flexible and open to work outside of normal business hours when required.
Portfolio or any example of creative work required.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

High Attention to detail
Problemsolving skills.
Clear communicator both written and verbal.
Knowledge of design fundamentals, typography, optimization
Sense of composition and fundamental understanding of editing and pacing
Excellent creative instincts and a keen eye for colour, space, timing, and movement aesthetics
Strong timemanagement and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Reliable teammate with the ability to work independently when needed.
