    Office Coordinator (Markham, ON - Part Time)

    The Office Coordinator is a support position within API and performs routine clerical and administrative work in answering telephones, working with buildling management on open items, providing employee assistance, data processing and recordkeeping.

    Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
    Point person for office supply/inventory needs, deliveries, mailing, shipping (tracking/expenses), maintenance requests, as well as outside vendors.
    Maintain kitchen and conference room ensuring proper stocking, setup, and cleanliness.
    by reserving space, handling logistics, ordering food, and other needs.
    Support HR with local onboarding needs for new hires.
    Provide support, at times, to senior leadership in Markham office.
    Fire Warden for office.
    Office Beautification Champion. Ensure cleanliness, add décor, water plants, etc.
    Part-time, core business hours 2-3 days per week. (Good faith hourly rate for this position is in the range of $20 to $23/hour CAD and is commensurate with experience.

    The performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).

    This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
