    # Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
    # Solid understanding of technology platforms, technology update iterations impacting business processes, and the association between business and systems processes
    # Organizational, time management, and project management abilities
    # Excellent writing and editing skills, be highly attentive to details and be able to manage time accordingly
    # Ability to translate complex topics into simple training content
    # Proficiency in software applications such as word processors, presentation software, and e-learning software (e.g., Articulate, Rise) is an asset
    # Experience in delivering training on commercial systems and processes is an asset
    # Experience with Salesforce system is an asset
    # Knowledge of Indirect Retail channel operation is an asset
