    Estimator Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop coaching and mentoring skills with the estimating team
    • Determine project scope of work
    • Set-up and complete estimates in company's standard program
    • Prepare construction schedules and cost estimates
    • Identify constructability requirements and cost-saving opportunities
    • Analyze subcontractor bids and oversee bid closings
    • Lead budgeting meetings and project strategy sessions

    Qualifications and Experience:

    Education: High school graduate with diploma training; Gold Seal Certified and LEAN experience preferred

    Experience: 4-10 years in field and estimating; design-build proficiency preferred

    Skills: Proficiency in Graham software suite, MS Excel, and scheduling software; BIM modeling knowledge preferred

    Knowledge: Strong comprehension of tender documents, specifications, and construction scopes
