- Maintain ClickUp, our central knowledge repository.

- Oversee new client onboarding, acting as the first official welcome to all clients.
- Liaise with clients on all financial related matters.
- Provide backup support for customer inquiries and lead capture.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Maintain bonus and commission payment records.
- Support the finance team in various accounting-related tasks as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks and support executives.

- At least 5 years of experience in administrative support or office management, with a focus on executive assistance.
- Strong command with cloud software and technologies such as Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, and similar systems.
- Experience in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting is an asset.
