    Purpose:

    Contribute to the success of the Inbound Fraud team in Canada by ensuring goals are met in alignment with business strategies. Maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies.

    The Senior Inbound Fraud Advisor resolves fraud issues from inbound calls, authenticates callers, reviews activity, handles lost reports, and communicates internally. Mitigate fraud losses while providing a positive customer experience.

    Is this the right role for you? Here's what you'll do:

    • Understand customer needs and provide solutions based on fraud knowledge.
    • Authorize legitimate transactions and decline suspicious ones.
    • Complete fraud reports and arrange card replacements efficiently.
    • Escalate serious issues for resolution.

    Achieve department objectives by:

    • Operating efficiently to meet productivity goals.
    • Minimizing fraud risk and losses.
    • Prioritizing customer requests for prompt service.
    • Adhering to schedules for timely responses.

    Contribute to team goals by:

    • Learning new procedures and technologies.
    • Promoting positive team morale and interactions.
    • Take ownership of development plan.

    Skills needed for success:

    • Fluency in English and French.
    • Customer service experience.
    • Ability to handle high workload and call volume.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Critical thinking abilities.
    • Retail Banking or Call Centre experience.

    Working Conditions:

    • Office-based environment with non-standard hours.
    • Shift work required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Start date: July 8th.
    • Shift times offered: Monday to Friday 4:00PM TO 12:00AM.

    Location(s): Canada: Ontario: Toronto.
