RCC is looking for a CRM Application Support Analyst to work remotely and out of our Toronto Head Office.

The CRM Application Support Analyst will assist the organization through the management of member and stakeholder information. They will ensure that comprehensive and accurate information that describes our members and stakeholders is available for organizational success.


This position is integrated within the Information Technology department, but also supports all internal key stakeholders to fulfill the following on-going responsibilities and primary accountabilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES*Data Analysis*- Support all departments through development and execution of a data segmentation strategy for multi-channel communications.

  • Analyze data segments in all member and nonmember categories to identify gaps and opportunities to better inform business decisions.
  • Identify patterns and define database attributes to simplify future reference and trend identification.
  • Provide insight on company and person data to highlight engagement, new entries and identify efficient areas to expand overall usability.
  • Modify and create CRM data fields to improve clarity and create new data references.
  • Creating custom reports to facilitate easy accessibility to information in support of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Work with Finance team to review and report on financial transactions processed in CRM/Accounting system to identify and reconcile data irregularities.
  • Use PowerBI (or similar tools) for reporting and create dynamic dashboards for teams/departments.

Power Platform Development

  • Develop and configure Microsoft Power Automate process components, including process flows, control logic, environment configuration, and integrations with various systems.
  • Use multiple OOTB Connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate, as well as create custom connectors for PowerApps and Microsoft Automate.
  • Design and build test cases, plans and strategies for automation use cases that are onboarded into the Microsoft Power Automate platform.
  • Collaborate with teams to define requirements and develop solutions for digital engagement projects and also support in technical scoping and estimations.

Data Administration

  • Add and report on new company and person entries.
  • Identify data entered through web portal and monitoring for accuracy and usability.
  • Produce distribution lists for all departments.
  • Restructure company and personal data to optimize functionality.
  • Report on internal user activity in CRM database.

CRM Management & Training

  • Act as solution provider for CRM users, document, investigate, solve and/or report CRM/Accounting system errors to implementation partner.
  • Test CRM functionalities and defining user processes.
  • Draft and maintain SOP resources for organizational and system processes.
  • Provide all CRM onboarding as well as ongoing training.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Postsecondary degree in IT Management, Commerce/Business Administration, or similar discipline

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:


  • 13 years of work experience in an Association environment or comparable.
  • Experience handling, manipulating, and analyzing data including creating analytical reports.
  • Ability to understand business imperatives and drivers, find relevant data correlations, and create processes by which the data correlations are translated to information flows that help drive the business.
  • Strong problemsolving and execution skills.
  • Microsoft Dynamics Certification is an asset.
  • Microsoft Power Platform experience is an asset.
  • Power BI experience is an asset.
