Position Summary

An understanding of how to work within a marketing team on a variety of projects.

Primary Responsibilities

Write and post content on social media and monitor company social channels.
Basic graphic design tasks for web marketing, ensuring brand standards are met.
Edit content on existing websites.
Assist Marketing Communications team with other initiatives as necessary.

**Qualifications
**Education

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a postsecondary institution with studies in marketing, communications, business management, or similar field.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends.
Basic graphic design skills.
Selfmotivated and able to independently develop solutions to openended problems.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Working understanding of HTML and CSS.

Bonus Points if you have experience with:

Social media management tools (eg. Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc.).
Video editing skills.
Adobe Suite including PhotoShop and Illustrator.
WordPress, Elementor, Gutenberg.
