What You Will Do:


The Release Coordinator will:

  • Be accountable for ensuring all component parts of a release are coordinated and brought together in a single release of a high quality and fit for purpose.
  • Work closely with all team members engaged in the release cycle across the business, notably R&D, Services, Customer
  • Success, Support, Documentation, Cloud team and ensure that each release meets the needs and expectations of the target audience.
The Release Coordinator will report to Release Lead.


The role includes:

  • Create and communicate the Release Plan for each release and seek approval from the release team, as early as possible in the release cycle.
  • Convene and chair release meetings where appropriate.
  • At all times, keep the wiki uptodate with all release activities and communicate to stakeholders via other media as necessary.
  • Help to identify release risks and manage these risks/mitigations to completion through ongoing communication with all team members across the business.
  • This will include liaising with (list internal/external stakeholders and how they work together).

This will include liaising with R&D team members:

  • On fault status and ensure VSTS is maintained appropriately by the teams.
  • To ensure regression environments are being managed and database requirements are met in a timely fashion.
  • To create regular build cycles.
  • Build excellent working relationships with all those engaged in any part of the release process.
  • Lead retrospectives across the release teams to ensure we continuously learn lessons and improve process.
  • Be a proactive teammember, fully engaged in the release process, helping to identify process improvement, better usage of tools, etc.
  • Working closely with the Documentation and Localisation Team to ensure readiness and alignment across Product Releases.

Experience/Knowledge You Will Need:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (both Macedonian and English).
  • Can demonstrate excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proactive working attitude.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of the IT industry, preferably software.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build excellent working relationships.
  • Must be selfmotivated with the ability to set own goals and targets.
  • Capable of working in a high pressure environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach.
  • Qualityoriented and openminded.
