    Description
    We are seeking two motivated candidates passionate about customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving for exciting opportunities in our team. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to efficiently manage high volumes.
    Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, 40 hours per week
    Contract: 6-month contract, possibility of extension

    Training:
    Onsite initially, then hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home)

    Languages Required:
    English and Spanish (French is an asset but not mandatory)

    Contract End Date:
    December 31, 2024

    As a Customer Service Specialist - English and Spanish, your responsibilities will include:
    Manage daily tasks, including phone calls, chats, queries, escalations, and debt collections.
    Provide exceptional customer experiences in English, Spanish
    Building and managing relationships with international clients.
    Collaborating with colleagues globally to improve collections processes and customer satisfaction.
    To excel in these roles, you'll require:

    Corporate experience in a call center setting, preferably with prior collections experience and proficiency in communication channels (phone, chat, CRM system).

    Fluency in spoken and written English & Spanish; familiarity with French and other languages is advantageous.
    Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems (SalesForce), and Microsoft applications is beneficial, but not mandatory
    min of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably with query/support queue management.
