Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, activity, and sales funnel targets.
  • Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with potential customers to meet corporate profitability and sales growth objectives.
  • Analyze customer needs and interests to maximize sales volume and identify service requirements.
  • Utilize sales management tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations.
  • Stay informed about our products, services, market conditions, competition, and industry trends through networking, monthly training sessions, and vendor meetings.
  • Perform all necessary administrative tasks, from prospect research to processing signed service contracts, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new business.
  • Target segment: Small to large regional businesses.

Requirements:


  • Strong relationship, account management, communication, problemsolving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate intermediate sales skills, including listening, questioning, summarizing, providing, negotiating, closing, and handling customer concerns.
  • Desire to develop the skills needed for building strong customer relationships, problemsolving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • 23 years Facility Services (Janitorial) and businesstobusiness selling experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and strong computer literacy.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Effective negotiation skills and the discipline to close deals.
  • A proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
  • Experience or knowledge of using Sales/CRMrelated systems/software.
  • Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree in commerce or business studies, or related work experience.
