    This is a great opportunity for those seeking an outdoor position with Canada's leading telecommunication network infrastructure services provider.

    This is a seasonal and unionized Apprentice Labourer position based out of our construction yard on Carp Road.

    The position is available immediately and requires Full-Time availability Monday to Friday through to the Fall.

    YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

  • Digging holes and trenches
  • Pulling cable
  • Operating equipment and tools
  • Provide assistance with general site preparation and clean-up as directed

    • THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Previous experience in either landscaping or outdoor construction is considered an asset
  • Full G Driver's License with a good abstract
  • Must be able to provide a clear criminal record check
  • Must be able to safely lift 23 kg (50 lbs.)
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English
  • Demonstrated commitment to health and safety and willing to receive applicable health and safety training as per legislative and job requirements
  • Ability to follow instructions
