    As our In-house and field Service Technician you will apply your technical expertise to provide technical support, training and troubleshooting for our existing clients as well as new clients internationally.

    comprising 30% field service, 40% customer service, 30% repairs/maintenance. Install camera-based inspection equipment at customers' sites across North America.
    Train end-users in the use of our systems at customers' sites
    Provide time sensitive client support, on site, by phone and e mail

    Ensure that all related training documentation is kept up-to-date to reflect the evolution of our products and custom software.

    Assist with administrative needs such as testing, cataloguing and assigning demonstration equipment to Sales staff

    A post-secondary technical education in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields
    ~2-3 years technical field support experience
    ~ Competency in reading electrical/electronics schematics,
    ~ Expertise with Windows, PC software, operating systems and hardware
    ~ Professional presentation and excellent English communication skills.
    ~ Mechanical aptitude for component assembly and in-factory demonstrations.
