    You will

    • Coordinate the collection, coding, approval and payment process of invoices in a fast-paced environment
    • Sort, match and scan invoices with supporting backup
    • Perform accurate data entry of payables into AP processing system
    • Manage and administer the monthly payment cycle, including EFT, ACH, manual cheques and e-filing
    • Maintain vendor files in the CRM database
    • Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
    • Complete Vendor Statement reconciliations and follow up, when needed
    • Assist with preparation of monthly GST filing
    • Collect payroll time sheets and enter into Payroll software
    • Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as required

    You have

    • 1 - 3 years of accounting/administrative-related experience, preferably in the construction or real estate sector
    • Some post-secondary education in Accounting
    • A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
    • An excellent attitude and a sense of humour
    • Strong competency in Outlook, Excel and Word
    • Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy and multi-tasking abilities
    • Proven ability to work in team

    Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000 per year estimated, based on experience.
