Reporting to the Director, Global Marketing & Creative Studio, the Marketing Communications Specialist role is an integral part of the Marketing team.

In this role the incumbent will create and deliver ProSlide's marketing strategy and communications including both internally and externally in a B2B market landscape.

Applicants need to be agile, flexible, strategic, and tactical keeping in mind the core messaging of the firm.


YOUR CHALLENGE:


  • Lead the planning of marketing strategies to develop aligned, datadriven communications for various B2B target audiences.
  • Write compelling ad copy, newsletters, company literature, speaking and briefing notes and other forms of communication, being able to "story tell".
  • Develop, implement and manage all corporate communications and announcements, including all digital and print communication tools such as social media, ads, web pages, newsletters, press releases, corporate presentations, etc.
  • Create clientfacing content, including conference materials, new product collateral, presentations, and visual displays.
  • Lead SEO keyword research to drive qualified traffic to web pages, align webpage to the customer journey and develop and/or optimize content to present clear and logical information for the reader. Develop strategies aimed at stimulating engagement and increasing the number of followers. Generate KPI tracking reports to provide a summary of analysis, implement recommendations to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with the brand guidelines including editorial standards and graphic standards.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or any other relevant university education
  • Must have proficient writing and editing skills, with ability to produce compelling corporate copy content customized to specific marketing channels
  • Experience in analyzing customer journey analytics and data to determine prospective and current customer behaviors
  • Ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience in Marketing B2B, content creation and storytelling on digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and tools (social media, HubSpot or similar)
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of graphic design software such as (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator)
  • Desire to remain informed on the latest B2B digital trends and best practices to proactively advise on continuous improvements.
  • Immaculate attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated team player and crossfunctional collaborator.
  • Ability to budget for marketing initiatives
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or any other relevant university education.
  • Manage the advertising schedule and timelines
  • Work well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines
