    Description
    Salary:

    The Deployment and Safety Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Field Services Operations by deploying team members around the world and driving the health, safety, and environmental program. In this role, you will support critical day-to-day operations by organizing and preparing team members for their deployments to clients' water parks. In this role, you will develop, build, and advocate the Health, Safety, and Environmental program at ProSlide.

    YOUR CHALLENGE:

    Deployment Coordination:

    • Collaborate with the GFS Manager and Project Managers on upcoming project needs for labour resources and scheduling
    • Manage and maintain the deployment schedules
    • Partner with project management, and customer service to assign field services team members to construction and after-sales projects
    • Support the Global Field Services Team and Ride Verification Teams with entry information, visa process, and booking travel.
    • Research travel entry and visa requirements to foreign countries.
    • Support team members with visa applications, research, and supporting documents for their upcoming deployments
    • Review and book domestic and international flight and rental car options
    • Research and book travel accommodations
    • Populate border and travel documents for deploying team members
    • Support and contribute to high-risk travel program to ensure safety of deployed team members

    Health & Safety Coordination:

    • Champion and advocate for the safety of ProSlide and our team members.
    • Participate in the Joint Health and Safety Committee while acting as the Quarterly Administrator.
    • Develop new health and safety documentation to elevate our health and safety culture.
    • Prepare Site Specific Safety Plans for upcoming construction projects
    • Organize, track, and enroll Global Field Services team members in safety training
    • Review and update safety documentation, policies, and best practices

    Administration:

    • Update employee files and records
    • Administrate regular field team members and sub-contractor evaluations
    • Oversee rewards and recognition program for field team members
    • Review, update, and format documents for Field Services
    • Identify opportunities for improvements to processes, workflows, and tools

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

    • Post-secondary diploma or degree in related fields of business, safety, construction or project management.
    • Experience with researching or booking business travel is considered an asset
    • Must be driven to learn a niche industry of waterslide construction
    • Must have experience in health and safety documentation or program development.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to ensure accuracy
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
    • Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Self-starter and energetic
    • Must be able to ensure the highest level of confidentiality
