- Design, develop, and configure, ServiceNow enhancements, applications, modules, and integrations with third-party systems to meet business requirements.
- Define and review programming codes to ensure development standards are respected and are compatible with the software, analysis and design, following "best practices" for documentation.
- Lead and execute ServiceNow platform upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, schedule, and coordinate upgrade activities.
- Utilize strong administration skills to configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform routine system maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business customers, business analysts, and other developers to implement cohesive and integrated solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and upgrades.
- Provide knowledge transfer to team members and end-users as needed.
- Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop, modify and support ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, and scripts using general languages and technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Jelly, Glide, HTML, CSS, Angular, REST and SOAP).
- Document and gain acceptance / approvals of selected final solutions.
- Execute technical solutions in capacity as a ServiceNow lead, subject matter expert.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on administration and upgrades.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and ServiceNow System Administration certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices – ITIL certification an asset.
- Minimum of 5 of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a track record of successful system upgrades.
- Experience with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, SAM, and SPM modules.
- Configuration of user interface modifications, workflow administration, report and dashboard design, data imports, integrations and scripting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have strong requirements gathering experience.
