About Us
We are a small growing food manufacturing company that has been in business for 30 years. We are a family business. We just moved into a brand new building on Kingsway Avenue in Port Coquitlam that has air conditioning.


Description


We are looking for several new employees to help us prep food and assemble sandwiches/deli products 7 days a week, 365 days per year.

Our ideal candiate works well on a team and is quick with their hands.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work as a team
  • Use a meat slicer
  • Prep ingredients with a food processor such as dicing celery and onions
  • Prep fillings and sauces for sandwiches using a hot plate and rice cooker
  • Assemble sandwiches and wraps
  • Labeling products
  • Cleaning (dish washing, mopping etc)
  • Start ~9am until production is complete (~5pm)
  • Full time employees must work at least one regular day on the weekend on either Saturday or Sunday

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience cooking and cleaning
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to follow recipes precisely
  • Good hand eye coordination
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliability is a key requirement as this affects the whole team
  • Foodsafe 1

Salary:
$17.25-$18.00 per hour
