    Role Overview

    The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Financial Service Cloud, Deployment and SDLC Methodology. This role is pivotal in driving our client's technology projects to success ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with their strategic goals in the financial services sector.

    What you will do

    • Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks within the Financial Service Cloud.
    • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define project objectives scope and work you're doing.
    • Facilitate communication between project team members and customers to ensure clear understanding of project expectations.
    • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future project plans.

    What you bring to the role

    • 7+ Years of demonstrable experience as Business Systems Analyst.
    • Experience working in Agile – Scrum/SAFE/Scaled Agile methodology; Jira, Confluence tools.
    • ETL data migration, SQL query, MuleSoft Integration nice to have.
    • Experience in the Financial industry, Business Banking preferred.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers.
    • Advanced knowledge of the specific business areas, processes, workflows, standards, and business practices

    Working Arrangements

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our client's office in Toronto, ON.
