- Reviewing RFPs and devising a winning pursuit strategy with input from the Proposal Sponsor and other technical experts.
- Ensuring a clear grasp of client requirements and essential elements needed for success.
- Overseeing the creation of high-quality proposals by leading kickoff meetings, adapting proposal formats to meet RFP criteria, and crafting compelling content that aligns with our winning strategy to set JLR apart.
- Collaborating with various JLR team members and subcontractors to produce proposal responses.
- Developing new CVs or enhancing existing ones for proposals.
- Thoroughly editing and reviewing content with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, style, tone, and coherence.
- Managing multiple pursuits concurrently, establishing priorities and timelines for research, drafting, revising, and submitting proposals.
- Leveraging advanced tools like Adobe InDesign to create polished documents.
- Assisting the Proposal Sponsor and technical experts in crafting presentations and preparing for client interviews.
- Mentoring junior Proposal Coordinators.
- Participating in proposal debrief sessions and sharing insights for ongoing enhancement.
