    Description

    We are looking for Field Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our team in this exciting new area of business.

    Working in a hybrid work environment and reporting into a Team Manager, Field Sales & Marketing, your primary responsibility is to generate sales and drive revenue growth for Xplore by promoting Xplore's products and services directly to potential residential customers within your designated territory.

    As an ambassador of Xplore, your role is to quickly establish rapport with customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
    Engage in proactive door to door outreach within your assigned territory to identify potential customers, generating leads and ultimately converting them into revenue-generating opportunities


    • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools or other designated systems
    • Report intelligence collected in the field such as brand information and competitive intelligence to your Team Manager
    • Continuously enhance your sales skills and product knowledge; A permanent full-time position
    • Competitive base salary and uncapped performance-based incentive, expected annual salary $75,000 on target
