Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
Based in Toronto Canada, this is an individual contributor role reporting to our Manager, Customer Success. You will work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Working with the Customer Success manager, engaging with the customers right after the point of sale to help understand Customer's results and map the architectural blue print with business success. Providing post-sales technical expertise ensuring the customer's needs have been met and the product is functioning according to specification.

Job Summary
As our Senior Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for providing architecture and design, use case development, feature mapping, consulting and solution implementation advice for our customers while working closely with our Professional Service sand Product / Engineering teams. In the role of Senior Solutions Architect, you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment. Working as the Senior Solutions Architect, you must be technically proficient, patience and passionate about guiding customers through our products /solutions, ability to collaborate with other department, and the ability to communicate with both technical / business audiences. Ability to continuously learn, adapt to new technologies trends within Informatica and across other enterprise products

Technology You'll Use:

Informatica Intelligent Cloud Data Management iPaaS : Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration, Cloud Data Governance & Quality, Cloud Data Marketplace, Cloud Data Access Management, Master Data Management

Informatica On Premises Software Products : Enterprise Data Catalog, Axon, IDQ, Data Privacy Management, PowerCenter, Data Engineering Integration, Hands's on Scripting experience in Python, Core Java, Unix, Windows

Day-to-day Duties? Here's What You'll Be Doing

You would be responsible for providing architecture and design, use case development and solution implementation advice. You would also be interacting closely with our Professional services team and have a seamless handoff for broader services engagements. Partner with Product/Engineering Teams to understand best recommendations to design a solution OR provide valuable feedback to them to better align our product to customer needs. In this role, you'll serve as a counselor and adviser to customers and a technical coach to co-workers, providing advice and guidance throughout the Post-sales product adoption or implementation/expansion phase. Since the Customer Success team is responsible for Product Adoption, Expansion and Renewal Protection, your role assumes significant importance for Informatica's success.

Respond promptly to customer questions with technical explanations of product features and capabilities.

Serve as a technical coach to your colleagues in customer success team.

Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals

Compose and publish external facing whitepapers, artifacts, case studies, architectural blueprints, blog posts and articles for technical/industry publications.

Key Essentials

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Technology.

10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of experience with one or more Informatica products in the Data Governance & Privacy journey – Informatica Cloud Services like CDGC, CDMP, CDI, CDQ, CAI along with EDC, Axon, Informatica Data Quality, Data Privacy Management etc.

Experience with one or more of the major Cloud ecosystems like AWS or Azure or GCP

Experience in handling Enterprise products from SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle, IBM, Tableau as source or target for Informatica Integration

What We'd Like to See

Expert-level skills in Informatica Data Governance implementation with products including Informatica Cloud Services like CDGC, CDMP, CDI, CDQ along with Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), Informatica Data Quality, Axon and Data Privacy Management.

Proven technical knowledge of deployment of both Cloud and on-premise software solutions and architectures (Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Modelling, Data Analytics and Microservices)

Experience with AWS or Azure or GCP Cloud Ecosystem would be preferable.

Track record of successfully managing customers and complex data management & solutioning needs

Expert-level database skills in at least one (Oracle DB, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase, Teradata)

Should have Customer experience facing role as Developer or Architect Onsite/Remote, Should be able to work with customer with utter care and due diligence

Experience tracking and communicating all customer interaction to closer with customer acceptance / approvals
