    Description

    Job Description:

    Reporting to the Manager, Regional Field Services, this position focuses on farm evaluations to assess compliance with the provincial Raw Milk Quality Program. The role is full-time, lasting 12-14 months, and involves regular visits to dairy farms in various counties.

    Requirements:

    • Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience in a regulated industry
    • Account management experience with customers
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data collection
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Dairy industry knowledge is an asset

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct inspections at farms to verify compliance with regulations
    • Investigate and address quality-related issues
    • Inspect milk sample depots and report findings
    • Support DFO policies and regulations
    • Maintain accurate records of field activities
    • Attend and contribute to meetings
    • Complete assigned projects
