    Description
    Job Description:

  • Proactive & reactive security patrols
  • Report writing
  • Investigate routine incidents
  • Access control
  • CCTV surveillance
  • Patient/Visitor management
  • Administrative tasks & client assistance
  • Parcel & key management
  • Property inspections
  • Lost and found management
  • Property rules & regulations enforcement
  • Assist in case of emergency, first aid or any other intervention
  • Interact with visitors, customers and the general public
  • Detect, challenge and displace unwanted visitors
  • Collect information on complaints or events
    • Job Requirements:
  • Maintain a positive, productive work environment
  • Effective communication to support patients and visitors
  • Exceptional customer service skills - 6+ months of Customer Service experience is considered an asset
  • Fire panel system knowledge
  • Comfortable working in high populated environments
  • Great organizational skills and stress management
  • Concierge experience is considered an asset
  • Must possess a valid security license for Ontario
  • Must possess valid First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
  • Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the positionPlease be aware: The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite, however Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6 month commitment to the position/availability
